I like mostly all the drivers, but dale jr, tony stewart, bobby labonte, michael waltrip are the ones i root for every weekend.

    Drivers i can't stand:
jeff gordon, robby gordon, jimmy spencer, jimmie johnson

But all and all, I am a fan of NASCAR as a whole not just one car. I like it when the old dogs, martin, jarrett, rudd, etc. win races.

I don't have a favorite, but I root for Ricky Rudd and Tony Stewart every race. Rudd grew up in the next city over from me, so he is kind of a hometown boy and the last of a dieing breed of NASCAR drivers, the ones who rose up from the local tracks running on Saturday nights right out of their own pocket. A lot of the young bucks in racing have bought there way in and come from open-wheel backgrounds. However, I think having drivers from different backgrounds of racing makes the action heat up! Oh yeah, I hate Jeff Gordon!

I used to be a Davey Allison fan a long time ago. Then after he died I became an Ernie Irvan fan since he took over the #28 car. Then when he got hurt I became a Dale Jarrett fan when he took over. Then after Irvan came back I was a Jarrett and Irvan fan. Then when Rudd took over for Irvan I started pulling for him.

Now I'm a Dale Jarrett and Ricky Rudd fan.

Yates Racing, huh John? You'll have to root for E. Sadler next year, 'cause it looks like he is taking over the #28 Havoline of Rudd and Rudd is going elsewhere.

hey--i'm not whining or anything, but i am curious to know if there is anyone who likes mr. harvick. i've checked around a couple nascar related websites and i seem to be in a distinct minority by being a fan of his. anyone care to comment? wondering... by the way, i do not especially like jeff gordon, either, but i would love to see him snap his losing streak. i know he is doing really well in the points standings and everything, but it would just do my heart good to see the rainbow warrior cross the finish line first.

I like Jeff Gordon. He just seems like he's got hit $h!t together. Hell, he must have his $h!t together in order to win that much. :p I used to like Tony Stewart until he hit Jeff on pit row after that race last season. I dont like Robby Gordon either, hes a punk and almost ran me over.

    Dale was the man!

I looked for a little while before getting behind Tony Stewart.

Yeah, Tony gets a little fired up (just like almost every other driver) and yes, he tapped Gordon... what can you say, he was a bit steamed and took it out in the wrong way (just like most every other driver at one time or another). The guy is just very competitive...and still young and hungry for the cup. He's got a lot of Dale E's attitude, drive and nature. Go Tony!
