Hello, I just purchased a 2008 ranger with 106,900 miles, it had a p0340 and p0430 code. I replaced the Camshaft synchronizer and sensor, light came back on with same codes, I figured the synchronizer might be off a tooth, so i took it back out and seated it again. no more p0340 but p0430 popped back up. I guess my question is, is this synchronizer still off 1 tooth? I also hear a sucking noise when accelerating, could be related or unrelated, Thanks
