Need to wire horn to toggle switch

2005 Ford ExplorerXLT
trying to pass inspection and my horn doesn’t work. I have an old toggle switch that is unused near my radio. Is there any way I can use that to activate my horn?
Where would I need to splice into the original horn wiring?

I don't think that any other switch other than factory would pass inspection. I would try to determine why it is not working. Check fuses and test horn itself off vehicle to verify operation. Might have something simple like a bad ground on the horn ckt. I have not checked the drawing to see how they are wired.
