Back in 2007 when Ford was selling off Aston, Jag and Rover, it quietly picked up another brand. The brand is called Troller from Brazil and they build a very specific kind of cars. Solid Axle 4x4's! Recently they just showed off a new concept which could pretty easily be transformed into a New Bronco....Or at least we can all dream.;)

:burnout::bounce:

That would be awesome, something fresh.

I wonder how much it would cost to import. What's the crash rating i wonder.

found this of there current T4 model...Which looks almost exactly like a Jeep Wrangler, only with a Turbo Diesel:D

The company actually even turned this video into a commercial later...LOL

The 'new Bronco' idea was tossed around in 2008, and they even had a concept for it, but they obviously ditched it in favor of a more carlike Explorer instead, and with the exception of the Raptor, have abandoned the off-road market entirely, leaving the market to Chrysler/J**p

Which looks almost exactly like a Jeep Wrangler

which is why

that will never come to the states

It's an obvious ripoff. If the brand even touched American shores Ford would probably be sued into oblivion or have to settle with Chrysler. Once it's current models no longer resemble a Wrangler, maybe, but even then, I doubt Ford would bring such a vehicle to the American market that they have abandoned with vehicles of their own. It'd be incredibly cool if they did, but they only care about the money and potential profits, and even if they did bring it over and sold it at $50,000+ a pop and made a modest profit, they'd still consider it a failure and not good enough.

Looks like a great design for what an off-road capable SUV for 2012-2013 should be, though.
