    Wow, looks great. Did you pay extra for that design on the outside walls? The frame work goes up fast and shows lots of progress. The finish work takes a while. Anyway it really looks good.

    I couldn't put that roof on my garage. Snow would collapse it. I needed a little more pitch :)

    In Az, the only issue with that type of roof (assuming the scuppers don't plug up) is you can't put a ridge vent on. A ridge vent works really well at keeping sheds/garages etc from getting hotter inside than it is outside..

    When its 105F outside its only 105F in the shed.. Without the ridge vent it would get 140F+ easily.

    The contractor is calling for an inspection on Monday. Hopefully they'll be out to look at it on Tuesday.

    We have the same style roof on our existing garage. Prior to the added insulation and airconditioning the garage temp rarely went over the ambient temp. At least before we would pull a hot car inside. Once you do that it gets blazing hot real quick:eek:
