no dash or radio lights

The dash and radio lights quit working. I was told the bulbs are blown but what would cause all the bulbs to blow at one time. the specialty bulbs such as the warning, high beams, and cruise control, etc. still work. only the instruments and radio and heater control lights don't work. fuse is good. Any help /words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

I would think your tails lights don't work either.
Brake lights will, blinkers not the tail lights
But, you mentioned the fuse was good.

Which fuse did you check? Or did you make sure to check multiple ones?

Could also be the dimmer switch.
