We have had our ST for a few weeks now. It is my wife's car. Yesterday she told me about a repeatable issue she has when starting the vehicle. One has to press the brake pedal to start the car. One time she was stretching her leg and pressed the brake pedal hard when starting. The engine started at a very fast speed with no pressure on the accelerator. All she could do was shut the engine down. Light pressure on the brake pedal and the car started normally. She found that the issue was repeatable. It sounds weird and I haven't tried it myself, but my wife is an engineer and a car buff, so I'm sure her complaint is credible. Has anyone else noticed this?
