Outer Banks Land Closings?

I'd heard this a week or so ago and while its not comparable to some of the other ORV parks it's still important. For those local or those if you that have been to the area the lawsuit pending could close the beach(s) from Oregon Inlet all the way to Ocracoke Island to all 4x4 vehicles. The first link is the petition and the second is a little background info, please fill out the information and spread the word if possible. Thanks all!

I've never been yet but now that I live in the Carolinas I'd like to make it out there within the next year or so.
