Without a picture that is what I was going to say after trying to visualize what my 2011 looked like. It was the word "port' that confused me. On my MKT, the nozzle is incorporated into the bottom of the 3rd brake light.

Yeah, twist the rear window switch backward and in a couple seconds fluid should start emanating from that area. I'm 95% sure that's what you're looking at.
