Powder Coating and Plastic Dip

I'm thinking about powder coating the wheels and plasti dipping the grille, handles, running boards, badges and back above the camera. Any advice ? Should I take the grille off the car before doing it?

There is a fellow on YouTube who goes by the name of Fonz I think (taking me back to Happy Days!). He may have some tips for doing your grill without having to take it off.

I used his tips on using cut up plastic garbage bags to cover the brakes and rotors before applying plastidip to the rims on my old Escalade, which save a ton of time in not having to remove the wheels. I will take a peek and see if he has any tips on grills.
