Power Distribution Fuse for Run\Start ?

Does anyone know if theres a fuse that goes hot when you unlock\ACC or Start the car and turns off when car is shutoff\acc off\locked?

RCM. I think it's fuse 35 at the BCM. Hot in RUN.

Totally forgot about this post, but that in on the inside fuse box. Im looking for something in the engine bay. Id rather not splice wires and using an Add-a-Fuse is much easier\reversible. Still havent found a start\run hot fuse though. Which is strange case my Fusion and Mustang both have Run\start lighting fuse.
