I have a 2000 Explorer. The power mirror switch does not work. I checked the fuse and it looks fine. How should I go about fixing the switch? The Stereo display has not worked since the warranty expired. Any advice on fixing the display. I'm also considering a din and a half stereo replacement with a large display, gps, bluetooth, and mp3 input. I'd like to get rid of the 6 pack CD changer and put the MP3 Player in it's place. Any suggestions? Do I need to remove the interior door panels to replace the speakers? What size speakers does this vehicle require?
    Thanks,
    Demoman

It could be a relay for the mirrors. Look up radio display to fix that and yes, you have to take the door panels off to replace the speakers.

There is no relay involved in the power mirrors. get out your meter and check for voltage going into the switch (0/LG on my 96 drawings).
