Power Windows/ Mnrf not working

The power windows and moonroof on my '98 sport are no longer working. I am trying to track down the problem but not having much luck

I checked the No. 4, 30A fuse under the hood in the Power Distribution box but it seemed to be intact with no blow marks and the metal was still connected.

I also checked the no. 12, 7.5A fuse in the driver side fusebox and it was also intact.

The windows and power moonroof were working recently, Any ideas what the problem could be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the A/C is broken and I am dying in the hot sun.

Could use some help with this issue.

Would it make sense to replace the 30A even though it is not blown?

What else would cause both power windows and the moon roof not to work?

I think all the power window circuits run thru the master switch. You might try checking the wiring in the rubber boot where it goes into the cabin for a broken wire-

One day they worked and the next day none of them worked?

Kind of strange- I would think a fuse blew but I checked and they seemed to be intact.
