Problem Answering Calls through Bluetooth

I have a Motorola Electrify M with Ice Cream Sandwich. 9 times out of 10 ewhen I answer a call through bluetooth I cannot hear the caller. No issues calling out but issues calling in. It is not the phone as I have had that replaced for this one reason. Any ideas?

have someone call you... hit the volume on the steering wheel once answered. Just guessing. Doubt its a Bluetooth issues.
