when doing a torsion twist there are 2 nuts and all you have to do is tighten them rite?
and the front tires are off or on the ground? and thats it?

Yes and No Coombs. There are 2 Bolts that you Tighten ( But keep track of how many cranks ). And i found it better to do it while all 4 tires were on the ground that way i could do all my measuring easier.......
