Radius Arm Removal

I'm try to replace the passenger side radius arm; broke the shock-absorber stud on it. The step I'm stuck on is removing the pivot bolt, i.e. the bolt going through the I-beam. I remove the spring, spring seat nut, and pivot bolt nut. But the pivot bolt won't budge. Do I just need a bigger wrench, or is there some trick to get that sucker out?
