How many people break the upper rear shock bar-pin (stock)
I snapped one with pathetic worn out jobber shocks, just before prepping to install Bilstein 7100's (MUCH stiffer valving). I was hoping to avoid building a new crossmember etc, but if these things have a chronic disintegration problem, I may be SOL. Mine have well over 200K miles on them, which may have played a roll, but I'd like to hear if its normal or not. Instead of a whole new Xmember, I'm considering making my own barpins out of round stock too, rather than pinched thin-wall tubing. Other ideas?
