Reverse slipping

My 2006 v6 4x4 just started slipping going in reverse. It drives in reverse slow but any incline or gas cause revs and no movement. It drives perfectly fine in drive. Any easy fixes or is this a tranny rebuild. It's got 125,000 miles on it and I have had it since it was new. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely the reverse band is shot, very common. Mine went at 117k, time for a rebuilt unit.

Sounds like internal problem. Worn or failing parts.
