Roof rack delete

Decided to delete the roof rack today. Not a difficult job, but the 4 bolts on the back corners were a pita. Rusty and stuck in torx head bolts on the roof are a pain. But I like the clean look without the rack.

Yes, mine was the complete rack.

Are there holes left over after you take the roof racks off? Is it hard to fix? I have a first gen sport trac.
