Rough ride with 20s, what to do?

Hey i just got my 20s on with 45 series tires, i was expecting a rougher ride and i was right. going about 75 on the freeway made for a shaky ride. Is there anything to fix this? such as shocks or somethin? Let me know what you guys recommend. thanks!

You must distinguish between ride quality and vehicle vibration. If your truck is vibrating, it could be from your tires and wheels being out of balance, play in the front suspension, or an unbalanced driveline. If it's ride quality, you may try to let some air out of the tires. Tire places are notorious for overinflating tires.

Check what the PSI specs are for the tire. I know I'm supposed to run 40-45 in my pirelli's.
