    ...officially :)

    Deuce is for sale.

If you have to ask, you don't know Deuce.

Yes she's 13 years old, Yes she is clean, yes she works, yes once in a while she intermittently decides to leave some coolant on the ground when she's in a bad mood. I messed with it a little bit, but felt 'meh' about it. Selling the boat, selling the trailer, don't need a tow vehicle anymore, and want the garage back for the car. Just lost interest, and too much going on personally to have all of these extra things anymore. Time to move on... Lots of stuff has been fixed and put onto the rig in the last 2 years.

All XLT options, leather, truck was completely torn apart and cleaned, including carpets- you know the story, see the registry.
    Tinted front windows
Truck also has factory running boards, but are not shown in the pictures. Will update...
Upgraded stereo with aftermarket sub in factory location.
No visible rust, rockers are still intact and not rusting under the rear door like most rust belt Explorers.
All door seams have always been oiled for winter. This is a VERY clean truck for 13 years old.

    New in the last year:

    -Radiator
    -Motorcraft water pump
    -Motorcraft Belt tensioners
    -Dayco serpentine belt
    -Motorcraft Thermostat
    -Monroe Reflex shocks
    -Brakes
-Motorcraft Plugs & new plug wires
    -Motorcraft rear wheel bearings
-Tires (BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A)
    -Battery
-Front sway bar (used, less rusty), Moog end links, and body mount bushings
    -Rear wiper motor/dash switch

$2,700/ob reasonable o takes the truck, everything in it (stereo/wired gps etc), and all of my extra Explorer parts.

Still looks the same as these pics aside from now having factory dark gray running boards instead of the rocker covers.

I think it's somewhere around 184k Jon. I've had a few clusters in it, but that's my math... I do know that the trans was rebuilt at about 160k though. Being that I never see it over 3,000 rpm, she should be good for another 600,000 miles or so... :D

It is 13 years old, so it's not perfect, so I'm always willing to listen to offers. time to move on... :)

Nick- I live exactly 0.73 miles from the airport... lol

I wouldn't be able to stay away from the forum entirely- especially with the return of the multi-quoted FIND replies in some threads... :D

Nah, I think I've reached a point where I am looking for something else to do, preferably not with a car. Time for something else. Buyer is getting all of my extra Explorer parts, books, special tools... everything. Time to move on. :)
