Hey fellas,
2007 4.0 4x4
Little back story.. just dropped in a new radiator the other day.. that was a chore.. so I got her back on the road today after not having been driven awhile, It has a lurching shudder when under load such as going up hill or accelerating sometimes accompanied by what I would describe as a whirring. Or high pitched humming.. it shifts smoothly..The engine seems to be running fine. Without putting thoughts into your head Could it be the torque converter? It feels as if it might being slipping and catching.. What could cause a shudder when only under acceleration/under load at 25-35mph. It happen going up hill at any speed. It usually stops the moment I take my foot off the gas.. all reply’s are appreciated.
also just for fun mods facts.. running single in dual out y-pipes on her and will show pics soon. Also have a short ram air intake. Anybody able to link the thread I read like 4 years ago about the super charger mod. I can’t remember what one it is..
