I think they were goin for my system.. only thing of value in my 93 sport.. plus its lowered.. but anyway... they got something jammed into the ignition cyl... I just wanna get the old cyl out cause I got a new one... do I have to break it out?? kinda like what they tried to do.. what can I do.. my truck is just sitting here lifeless!

I have switched the ingition on a Ford van. I'll assume an Explorer is the same or at least simular.
It's a nightmare. Take it to a shop or a locksmith that deals with automotive locks.
Check your insurance policy , you might be covered for such an act.
