Speed Sensor or Abs Sensor

Hello

Please find a video which you see my little problem.
My speedo doesn't work correctly:



You see a little, sometimes it's more, I drive at 90Km/h and speedo down to 75Km/h and sometimes up tp 100Km/h. It did this at all speed.

If I active cruiser, my explorer accelerate and down everytime, it's not very cool.
Can you say me if it's the VSS Sensor or ABS Sensor?

Of the two, I'd think it was the speed sensor or the speedo itself - ABS sensors are not tied to the speedo and should have no effect on it.
