My bolts are stiff and won't move with normal force, even when lub'd with WD-40. Just how strong are these bolts? I can get a really big breaker bar or possibly an impact wrench, but I don't want to snap the bolt. If there's a high chance of that I'll just take it to a stealership and have them do it very carefully.

If they do break, how much do they cost and how hard are they to replace?

make sure the front suspention is off the ground

yeah first make sure you have it jacked up, then see if anyone has an air gun, that will work too.

I'm able to turn mine while the truck is on the ground with a small 12" breaker. Just be gentle.

^^Same with on my dad's Z71
