Stuck in 4x4

This morning I engaged my 4x4 high then engaged the 4x4 low drove afew thsound yards. I can get it out of 4x4 low but not 4x4 hi. This would be ok but I need to drive it to work monday please help. My rig is a 1991 Explorer This is the first time I have put it into 4X4 since puting a new engin in it about 600 miles ago. :roll:

Is the transfer case motor not shifting into 2H, or is it doing so, but the tcase is bound up and won't let go?
