Sync 3 Issues

We purchased a brand new 2017 explorer sport in Nov 2017, it currently has 9k miles on it. Almost immediately we started experiencing problems.
Our sync system randomly pops up the park assist or goes black. I have that on video so they cannot deny that.

Anyone experience similar issues?

The latest for older APIMs (pre-MY20 for Explorer) is 3.0.19149 which I believe is available now, or shortly via dealer update.
