Looking for the breather location on the tcase, think I found it on the driver side connected to a metal bracket but not sure if that's the breather because it has a plug at the end of the hose? Trying to make ready for water crossings, so question is is the tcase the same as extending the differential breathers? Is it supposed to be plugged? Or am I looking at the wrong hose? Thanks in advance

It is right what you see. That's the vent hose transfer case. What you can do is extend the hose and place high enough to prevent water ingress.

Sweet thanks do you know if the transmission has a breather? And should I do the same with it?

The transmission has a breather. It needs extended up as well.

You’ll see it if you get under there. It’ll be a metal tube on the side.
