Posted it on Craigslist around 11am today and it was sold by 3pm. Sold it for $1800 cash, which is well under the KBB value of $2555. It wasn't a perfect truck and needed some work, and we all know what certain modifications do to the value of the truck. I definitely priced it to sell.

My main motivation for getting rid of it was obviously gas mileage concerns, but also because I need something more professional as I just graduated from college. I figure I might as well let someone else enjoy it now.

But I'm not leaving, I've been here too long to just up and leave. :D

Congrats on the quick sale, I love Craigslist. My Audi sold in 1 day too.

So what "more professional" vehicle is next then?

    I'm almost afraid to say....

Don't really have anything in mind, but I've been looking at Accords and Camrys for the time being.

    Congrat's on your graduation:chug:

Sorry to hear about the sale of your rig. It just sad that the things we put so much time and $$$ into become as worthless as someone's rig that they never even bothered to changed the oil on:banghead:

Not sure how Accord or Camry = Scion TC, but IMO yes. :)

A profession that judges me by my vehicle is not one for me. But I guess there are some out there that such a sacrifice must be made.

Well that's good a least. You don't want to be too removed when the explorer bug bites once again!

It's more about growing up and getting something new and efficient.

May I reccomend an early 00's Acura 3.2 CL? Fantastic car, and it's a whole lot more professional than an accord (even though it's practically the same thing). I bet you could find a really nice one for less than you think.

Ahhhh man, we lose a Hoosier!

Oh well, sorry you had to sell, but I understand. Mine won't be around for much longer either.

Good luck on a new car, and everything else.

    Hoped for a part out...

TC is smaller than that on the inside - Hell has more leg room ;)

How come no part out? The tires and rims alone were worth a bundle...
