Vacuum Leak on 5.0 - Underneath Battery

Hey guys,

I've recently identified a vacuum leak (loud hiss, idle surging) coming from one of two fittings underneath the battery. Can someone tell me what is located there? I can make out "valve" marked on one of the lines, but I'm having trouble identifying what it is.

That is one of the vacuum purge valves. Look to see if battery liquid dripped down and melted a hole in the lines-

Thanks, looking up from the bottom, it does appear to be wet, I'll pull back the fender shroud and see what I can see.

Removing the inner fender is pretty easy, and will make a world of difference.
