I need alot of help? i have a 2000 explorer xlt all wheel drive! automatic tranny,65,000 miles on it! the problem i'm haveing with it is i feel a vibration real bad and noise as i'm picking up speed once i'm past 55mph the noise and vibration stops? it seems as though once the truck is warmed up it all stops? this only started when the weather started getting colder out, under 30 degrees? and suggestions on what to check or look for?i hate to take it to the dealer because they will charge a arm and leg just to look at it!i had the tranny rebuilt at 44,000 miles, the front rotors and brakes are new along with the calipers, the back brakes were still good.tires are in real good shape no flat spots!tranny fluid is clean, and full.don't know what else to check? need some help please?  :banghead:

When was the last time the wheels were balanced. Can't see that being temperater dependant, but its worth and shot and relativly cheap.

The factory ball joints are sealed and have no zerks, the same with the Cv joints on the front axle shafts. Also you may want to read the rules of this forum before posting in here again. :)
