VIN No Longer Tracking

I've been tracking the progress of the 2020 Explorer via "Ford Vehicle Order Tracking". Yesterday the web site states No matching VIN found, please check with your dealer for status on your vehicle.
I know the vehicle has reached the rail yard staging area and is waiting to be delivered to the dealership.
But shouldn't I still be able to track it from the web site?

That website does not have anywhere near as much information as your dealer gets and it does tend to suffer from either little or no information. Call your dealer they can find it for you.
