I've been tracking the progress of the 2020 Explorer via "Ford Vehicle Order Tracking". Yesterday the web site states No matching VIN found, please check with your dealer for status on your vehicle.
I know the vehicle has reached the rail yard staging area and is waiting to be delivered to the dealership.
But shouldn't I still be able to track it from the web site?
