What are some of the mods you are working on?

I just got a 10" electric fan for my tranny fluid cooler, so that will be going on at some point this week:rolleyes:
Then I have to get the parts for my 6" lift powdercoated, then installed.
Then I need to sell my tires and buy new ones:D

How do you plan on mounting this? Is it for the stock cooler? How will you wire it?

Thanks.....

I've got a Vaiair compressor. I think that's how it is spelled. It is there 100 series hard mount. I really like it. It was only $97. As much as i will use it it will be worth it. Couldn't justify spening a bunch on it.

Happy trails!!

JoshC, how much psi is that compressor pushing out??

No its not a stock cooler, I got an aftermarket one from Summit Racing, and realized that in order for the cooler to do a good job, air has to flow through it!! Which is not the case when I go wheeling and have to go slow on the trails, so I bought this so I can turn it on during those slow times to keep the fluid cool.
To mount it, it came with the little zip tie things that slide through the fins in the cooler and attach to specified points on the fan shroud. As far as wiring goes, I am going to run it through a relay off the battery to a switch on my console with an indicator light to let me know when it is on. I can snap some pics of it as I go if you would like, then post them in a new thread so I do not crowd this one up.

The last thing that I did was install an electric fan for my tranny fluid cooler. Next thing now is to wire it up!

ok so i've installed tranny cooler, 9000x's, new HU, 3 way speakers since the last post.

NEXT is on board air! i'm going with a Viair compressor and attaching it to my took box or to the wheel well and hard wire it to the battery. i'll use it to run a inpact wrench and inflate my tires form 10psi to 35psi.

let's see,
D44 now,
D60 rear soon
OBA Humvee style (thomas 26amp compressor) soon to come

In no particular order -
Finish the lift. I want 4 inches dammit!
Wheels - I guess black rock crawlers.
33's
Engine rebuild - Lifters, pushrods, rockers, valves, springs, slight port job and resurface as well.
Exhaust - delta 40 with 2.5" pipe
Chip
GEARS!!! How could I forget. 4.10's
Powertrax in the rear.
Win the lotto.
Rob a bank.
Have a rich, distant relative pass away.
Go to college and not get any of this done.

I got a little carried away at the end but I think others can relate to this sort of sarcasim.
