What causes this??

So I have a 2001 Trac and its been acting weird... Whenever I go up a hill or speed up fast it jumps.. Its almost like its struggling to go.. I replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires cause that's what I was told to do... But it hasn't done any good... Any ideas on what it could be or why its happening... Thanks in advance!

Id check the fuel system... fuel filter was clogged on mine and caused this similar reaction

Better to check your fuel pressure before and after replacing the fuel filter. If pressure gets better after replacing you found your problem otherwise it could be fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator.

ALWAYS scan for trouble codes first. Very possible to have stored codes without a CEL. Write the numbers down and report back.
