I like Swiss cheese, and if I bring home something like cheddar, my g/f will eat it, and I’ll get none... haha She never eats the Swiss cheese.

2C1FF970-2E43-49D0-B621-28E5A64EC49B.jpeg My wife and her friend wanted to see Peter Frampton in Philadelphia so me and my friend being good hubbys got the tickets which resulted in a road trip. Of course we had to get genuine Philly cheese steaks and cheese fries. Wives were happy, the cheesesteaks were awesome! Life is good! 6E67319D-F660-427C-A13B-9555D79B8EEA.jpeg

Local store had family pack boneless New York steaks on sale for $6.99/lb, so threw some of those on the grill, and had fettuccine alfredo as a side.

You guys should place bacon on a baking sheet, sprinkle brown sugar and cayenne on it, and bake it until done... BLTs will never be the same...

I told a co-worker that, and she ate so much, her blood pressure was out of control...

Worth a try, and you’re welcome...

Forgot to post my Bday dinner. lol

Reverse seared steaks have been my new fav way of cooking steak lately. I used steak seasoning and doused it with honey this time. An hour in the oven did a nice job of getting it all into this thick cut Ribeye. It caramelized nicely in the hot cast iron skillet too.

    my bday steak.jpg

Bushes country style baked beans with bacon, sliced Japs, and Sweet Baby Rays sweet & spicy sauce added.

    My beans.jpg

Tater salad for another side, washed it all down with Crack o Cola.
