Assorted pork chops were on sale for $1.49/lb so I seasoned three with lemon pepper seasoning, and three with spicy Montreal steak seasoning. Grilled those, along with asparagus and zucchini seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.

Good, but I was planning on making my salsa pork chops and rice earlier. That still sounds good...

Late dinner: wanted the salsa pork chops, so I just made it, minus the pork chops, since I have some still to eat.

    Actually turned out pretty good...

Made my chicken salad for sammiches.

    Shredded chicken breast
    Cashew pieces
    Chopped Jalapeno, Onion, & Celery
    Da Mayo & Da salt.

Served on toasted Peperidge Farms Farmhouse Sourdough. Grape tomatoes on the side.

Sometimes I add chopped fruit in it. Apple, mandarin oranges, or tiny grapes. I switch it up between walnuts and cashews.

Made a “stir fry” a month and a half ago, so made that again. Grilled some petite sirlion steaks, and sliced that up. Didn’t have fresh sugar snap peas in hand, so just some frozen oriental stir fry mix was used. No dry spaghetti either, so I used some fettuccini. Made some white rice as the side.

It's the Spicy Ginger Teriyaki sauce that makes it good. So much better then the standard Teriyaki sauce typically found in the grocery store. I'll mail you some if you can't find it locally. I can buy it at a grocery store that is supplied by Affiliated Foods warehouse, and at Sprouts Farmers Market store.

I do like teriyaki but had no idea there were so many variations until I googled ^^ that. Teriyaki must be to Asia what BBQ sauce is here. Is that a Korean type ? ( just learned teriyaki is geographically broad term)

Unsure what type it is. I am guessing along some line of Chinese.

T-bones were on sale for $6.99/lb, so grilled two of them, with lemon pepper, red pepper flake, and olive oil seasoned garden zucchini...
