Barbecue Tri-Tip (med.rare), with Bake Potatoe's (with everything on it), Artichokes (with butter dip) and a herb salad with mango's, tomatoe's, cucumber, black olive's and some chop walnut's. To go with that a bottle of Merlot wine.

gmanpaint--- on your mash potatoe's, beside the sour cream, also add some cream cheese, butter and garlic. You can also add (for the holiday's with this combo some cooked crush spinach. It add's some color and a healthy additive.) You just whip it all together at once. Believe me, you won't have any left over's.

I use real butter, sour cream, and chives with Red tater's. Not a fan of garlic mashed, but the cream cheese sounds good.

Cheesecake factory is great only thing that stinks is I usually don't leave with my wallet! I usually go for the double bypass cheeseburger myself sort of like above which satisfy my hunger.
