    Tonight:
Coors Light bottles. Some food maybe involved.

    Tomorrow night:
Kabobs. New York Strip, chicken, and shrimp, for the meat. Each marinated with a different marinade recipe. Veggies are zucchini, yellow squash, white onion, red and green bell peppers.
Pry grill some fresh pineapple. Maybe toss on some homegrown anaheims. Maybe a side salad using homegrown lettuces. Maybe ice cream for dessert. Cocktails before, during, and/or after dinner :D

A miserable TGI Fridays microwave steak fajita-like thingy. looks like a fajita on the package but like a used meal once you open it. Tastes not like steak fajita but more like.......................salty Alpo or Easy Mac leftovers.

You my friend will always have a soft spot in my heart LOL! Hey, I have a Guacamole Recipe to die for. My secret is this, I Saute about three fresh Jalapeños, a few cloves of Garlic, some fresh onion in salted Virgin Olive Oil. I take that mix and puree it in the food processor, then mix that paste in with the regular Guacamole. I still add fresh tomatoes and onion to the Guac, the paste just gives it a nice underlying kick. If it's just me and the wife, I also puree a couple of small habaneros in the paste too.

I might give that a go too, Just got this year's seed's: jalepeno, habanero, poblano (Gregg put me onto this a while ago, thank's mate!) and a mexican heirloom black chili called pasilla bajio. Looking forward to this year's crop!

More on this pasilla bajio y'all speak of. It is hot or mild? Any Scoville numbers? I couldn't find it at Chili World.

    Cheer's Ted!

S'posed to be pretty mild and have a fruity sort of flavour. Apparently you pick green for raw uses and black for sauces. Something different anyway mate!

Excellent! Thanks for the update. Seems they're used in Mole, stews and the sort. Known for a more Smokey flavor without the hassles of making Chipolte, I will definitely have to look in to them.
