Before or after I run it over?:D It tastes similar to wild deer tho' and like any wild game the younger the better. Great for cholesterol as its super lean, and because the tail works so hard it really needs a long long slow cook. Ox tail is a nice replacement, cooked the same way....mmmm

Dont worry about the petfood bit, we dont!

My new favorite late night munchie dinner....

    The "TACORITO"

A frozen Burrito, wrapped in two corn tortillas, with shredded cheese and hot sauce. :)

Burro cooked for 1:15 in the nuker.
2 corn tortillas wrapped in a wet paper towel, nuked for 30 seconds.
Toss cheese on hot shells, slather on the hot sauce, place burro in the shells and munch away. MMM MMM good! :D

No way I'm reading all of this but....

WHAT! No fresh garlic!!! Hell, there is NO meatloaf that has enough garlic, but then again, IMO garlic doesn't even have enough garlic LOL.

Also experiment around with some black olives. My Mom used to throw some of those in her meatloaf and it really added to the flavor.

    Also, you forgot:
real mashed potato's (made with sour cream not milk) and fresh green beans (blanched).
