all right, so i really hate the stock cover that came with my '05 Sport Trac. i hate the fact that it's 70 lbs, takes 2 people to remove/put on, and can only allow access to 1/2 the already short bed. which is why i want to get a new one. i was thinking a retractable one, but i need help about which to get. a couple are listed below. any suggestions?

The Bedlocker electric would be a neat idea, and the one I'd choose. But have you considered how much bed you would loose to the box reserved for the top when it is retracted?

I replaced and sold my oem cover for the exact same reasons. I went with the Extang Full Tilt. It tilts just like the fiberglass ones, rolls out of the way and is removed in seconds. The best money I have ever spent. It is vynal not hard cover but its ALOT cheaper then the others you listed.
I was a little worried about not being a hard cover, but really it is awesome. Check it out!

I like that one a lot. The only real difference between mine that that is my vinyl cover's aluminum frame tri-folds, so that I can fold it and still have it attached and just lose 1/3rd of my bed. Thus, I can throw something like a mower in there and still drive down the road with my tonneau attached.

I bought a tekstyle roll up cover. Very clean look, and can only be unlocked and rolled up when the tailgate is open. Very similar to the Truxedo LowPro file cover, but at about 1/2 the price. I'm very happy with it.
