      Hi,
I have been using a Visor for about 2 years now. I love mine. I use it for my personal calender, contact list, email and notebook. You can download software for it from several places, Tucows and Palm are two.
I have used Shareware and Freeware from Mapopolis (maps of the US by county and state), sientific calculators, Novels downloaded, TV/VCR remotes (using Infrared sensor) to board games and asteroids. I would love to get a keyboard for it and also the GPS system (works with map programs too). I have an ActiveLink module for wireless messaging, but its too $$$ to use so I haven't even activated it (anyone interested in buying it???).

In other words.......... I would be lost without mine now....

Be lucky! You prababaly have the most successful, most appealing, and most wanted (as they don't make them anymore) Palm based PDA available! I run an old Delux, and it's been my pal for years.

Check out VisorCentral for all the fun visor stuff you ever need to know.

As far as downloads go, I usualy end up at Tucows for my stuff.

      My apps:

      Advanced Calc
      Big Clock
      Switchhack
      Tealglance
Documents To Go Pro 3.0 (awwww yea!)
      Avant Go
      Hearts
      Smallware Solitare
      Euchre
      Diddle
      QED
      Goalkeeper

      Have fun!

      Ry.

Hey Commtech - I have a Stow-a-way Portable Keyboard from Targus for my visor that I'd be willing to part with... only used it like 3 times. Interested?

      Hey rvitek,

I might just take you up on that, but I need to check and see if my wife is getting me one for Xmas.... I saw 1 in an ad in the Sunday paper and mentioned that it would be nice to have. She had an interested look on her face, so I think I may have one coming (would hate to spoil a surprise)... I will let you know though. BTW, how much would you ask for it?

Hey Commtech, I don't want to rip you off. Ebay has tons of these keyboards for the Visor, ranging anywhere from $5 - up to $49. I don't want to part for less than $25, and I don't want to rip you off - so, I'd wait until after the holiday, then Ebay a new one.

      Sound good?

Thanks for the info. I would like to take a peak at the keyboard. Is that one that folds? What brand and type so I may look at it.

I like the look and function of the roll up keyboard.

With the mapping software, is that a "Shareware" that you have to buy maps for? I would like to get a map of Denver and such.

These babies are on sale Handspring Visor Prism for under $200 (refurbished) mine of course looks and acts brand new. I got mine at Tech Depot.

Also what does Documents To-Go 3.0 do for you?

      Thanks!!
