Why isn't there a recall on the seatbelts of 2002-2005 Explorers?

I have noticed that the front seatbelts cut into the trim on the b-pillar near the upper seatbelt mount in the 2004 Explorer that I drive for work. This is starting to fray the seatbelt material. I find it hard to believe that this is the only late model Explorer with this problem and I'm wondering why there hasn't been a recall.

Has anyone seen a 2006 Explorer yet and have they changed the upper front seatbelt mount at all?

Mine don't cut into the seatbelt. Odd. I'll snap some pics.
