When you push the button on the multifunction switch, do the wipers run?? If not I would suspect the multifunction switch, if they do sweep when pushing the switch, there is a small relay box on the right side of the engine compartment that houses the relays for the washers. Locate the relay and swap it with one that you know works.

Check the fuses in the extra fuse block hidden by the door. I can't remember which one it is but I blew mine when it froze and I pushed the button.
