      Hi
Nice to find a great group of Ford Explorer lovers.
Have a2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Baurer

Surges when it idles. Just $610.00 to have it fixed and it still does it,. Then stalls.
However the more important question I have is how do I change the front drive shaft and also what is the best way to change the coil springs?
      Thanks

Welcome To The Forum, great site for Explorer info :) As for the idling issue have you tried cleaning the MAF and IAC to eliminate those from being the problem?

      Appreciate

Thanks Rick for the link. Didn't realize there was a sub-forum.

Glen4x4 I will pass that along to the tech.
I do all the non-computer work on the truck but leave the diagnostic stuff to the guys with the equipment.

      88Racing thanks for the input.
