I'm 72-year old who enjoys doing much of my own work on the truck. Had a 2005 XLT before and traded it in on the '08 Limited 4.6L V8 4x4 I now own. The difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2 was the HUGE improvement in ride quality and MUCH better legroom inside; couldn't be happier! This ones a keeper!
