    yeah if you turn the wheel with the engine off p/s fluid will leak out the top, my question is, why would you be turning the wheel with the engine off anyways :P

    Totaled car for my birthday

    Not sure about in the States but in Canada if the lady was turning left she would always be at fault. The person who is turning left is always at fault no matter what. Works the same way with reversing, the person reversing is always at fault. So you probably have a good chance of winning...

    Can seats be reversed?

    I don't know but I doubt it, just buy seat covers, it's easier, that's what I did

    Can seats be reversed?

    well... it probably is a direct bolt on, the problem is that there is some sort of bar thing (I believe the clicker thing for the seat belt is attached to it as well) that goes from the right side of the drivers seat (left on the passengers side) and bolts onto the body of the car. I don't think...

    Steering Box or Seals

    Ok so about a week ago I lost power steering. I had a friend check it out and he said its coming from where the pitman arm connects to the steering box. Ok no problem. I went to the shop and they told me its not smart to just replace the seals because there is sometime of bushing or something...

    4wheel whine

    Ok thanks guys, it's too cold to do the work myself out now so I'll probably take it to a shop and get all the fluids swapped and they can check the u-joints. Now I know a bit what to expect. By the way it was doing all this on light snow, like slush

    4wheel whine

    Hey guys, Well, winter is here in Canada now... started snowing pretty good today so I put the ol' girl in 4x4. When in 4x4 it gives a whining sound. Gets louder as you speed up and lessens as you show down. Anyone know what this could be? I don't want to lose my 4x4 at the start of winter...

    4.0 = Sluggish?

    Not sure about the hissing, Im not super with cars I just know some... Did you put your ear or something up to the fuel filter and make sure it's coming from there? It's possible that the clip flung out of the line when pulling out the filter (that's what happened to me, and I found the clip...

    4.0 = Sluggish?

    Fuel line retaining clips is what you ask for http://www.fmsiinc.com/fuel-retainer-clips.htm number 3202 and 3203 is what you're looking for (see picture on website, wierd to describe)... assuming it's 10.5mm as stated above (Im not exactly sure but I think he's right), 3203 is what you...

    Parts Truck Help

    Hey guys, I have a '92 X... A buddy of mine has a '93 with a cylinder with no compression so he is just going to scrap it. Anyways, he is letting me take whatever I want off the truck before he gets rid of it. The body on my truck is in rough shape but switching the engines over is out of my...

    4.0 = Sluggish?

    Yeah Im not too sure about NAPA, I never checked... I checked a few small part shops that didn't have the right ones, and Part Source which gave me a dumb look when I told them what I needed. NAPA seems to be a more professional place then those two, oh and canadian tire didn't know what I was...

    4.0 = Sluggish?

    Use one of those drum brake tools that looks like an S (I've never known the proper name for it lol) and pry the filter off... that's what I did. Worse case scenario, you break the retaining clip in the line and have to buy another one for a couple bucks. :)
