    Forscan question

    When I try to connect Forscan to my vehicle via my laptop, I get an error telling me: "Unable to connect to vehicle. Make sure ignition key in on and try again." My ignition key is on and I try again and get the same error message over and over. Any suggestions?

    I recently ordered an OBDLink MX+ scanner. There are two Forscan Apps available on the Apple App Store. 1) Forscan Lite $4.99, and 2) Forscan Viewer which is free. Does one of these apps allow me to change some programming codes in my 2016 PIU? Thanks.

    How do I get Rear Windows to go up and down

    I popped the window switches and found a plug not plugged in. My guess is it goes to the window motor.

    I checked for the switch illumination and it is not lit up. I also checked under the door sill for a plug disconnected, but could not locate it. I checked the fuses under the dash, and everything is in order. Any other suggestions?

    Hi everyone. I just joined. Was researching ways to fix some things on my 2016 Explorer PI that I recently purchased. Was wondering if I disconnect the purple and white wire connection mentioned above, will my rear window switches start working?
