I fixed my sagging drivers door, and now the seal doesn't seal. I think the sagging over time warped the rubber. New ones are expensive. Are they glued in? If not, I might try to find one from a junker, with a plumb door!

After replacing the pin and bushings on the sagging driver door, the seal/weatherstripping doesn't match up. Can I pull one off a junker?, or maybe when warm weather returns, it will return to it's shape. Is it glued on, or does it go in a channel?

They are in good shape, but maybe I didn't Get them with the WD40. I'll try again.

When I go through a dip (or push down on the front drivers side corner), I get these noises. I hit everything in sight with WD40 to no avail. Any ideas?

The bottom half of the old airbox is still there. The previous owner just stuffed a k&n style into the intake hose. He left the right angle vacuum hose laying there, open, so judging by his carelessness, the other one should be there somewhere. I wonder where it came from, and what it's...

I just read the thread on spark plugs, and was wondering what else can you do for a basic tune up, other than plugs, plug wires, air filter?

Did a search on the useful threads, and came up empty. What refrigerant does this thing take? Old freon, or the new stuff? I'm driving it to mexico in a week, where it will live out it's retirement years. I can get the old freon there if need be.

I did hear of one guy getting his 4WD to work by pushing the reset button back in those relays. But from what I've read here, it is more likely the 4WD shift motor. Do a search for shift motor.

I just bought a '93, that the previous owner "rigged" an aftermarket K&H style intake onto the Flange that used to connect to the filter box. The stock filter box had two prong connectors coming off it, and i found one of the vacuum hoses that went to it. It was just laying there sucking in air...

My compressor engages and then disengages and reengages, and so on about every ten seconds, even on max cool. Is this normal? I would think it would stay on until it reached a certain temp.

Any tricks to replacing the serp. belt?

I found a really easy fix for this one. Theres a pull apart connector for the trailer lights under the driver rear bumper/well area. Just pull apart, and push together when needed.

Just bought a 93 w/sensatracs. Too spongy, rolly. What would you recommend for on road only, but more tight than the sensatracs. And 25-30$ max each.
