Found a Dana 44\9" combo for the axle swap and installing a Smittybilt XRC-8 winch and start driving it this week.

Thinking about 44/60 or 60/60 or 44/14 or 60/14 combo to put on, a different winch to put back on and maybe some other tires on to sell it, keeping my axles and winch for the next rig, not sure about the tire combo.

A update on the explorer is done for now, a new rig build is in the works, and will be running it the way it is till the new one is done.

Almost done, F\R brakes are done, Steering done for now, just need to trim metal and put on bumps stop and shocks on and time to test it, i will post pics later.

Stock axle out and mock up of Dana 60, waiting for some parts to finish the suspension, and should be sitting on it own soon.

Updates, Rear done for now, time to start working on the front and start removing the stock axle this week.
