Just to update this thread so it might help others. With everyone's help, I narrowed the problem down to either the fuel pump relay or the crank sensor. I replaced both and have had no further problems. This weekend I will pull the new fuel pump relay out and see what happens. That way it will...

Where is the fuel pump relay located? I'm thinking under the hood somewhere. Is it labeled?

It cranks fine, all the lights come on, it just won't fire until some time has passed. If the pump wasn't priming would it ever start at all? The CEL works fine. According to the above quote, can I assume if the CEL stays on when I'm cranking, then the problem lies in the crank sensor?

The antenna comes out with no problem. When it was out, I cycled the radio and can hear the motor turning, but the cable is nowhere to be seen. I'm assuming with the antenna out, that the cable, if it is intact will extend out the hole where the antenna came out.
